The Identity Institute School of Ministry was established by Dr. James Brewton in April of 2017, after a prophecy by Apostle Dr. Gordon E. Bradshaw about the establishment of a School of Ministry. He also prophesied the current name: The Identity Institute. Dr. Brewton (Doctor of Divinity) is the President and his wife and Associate Pastor, Margie (Masters in Marriage & Family Counseling), is the Dean of the School. The Identity Institute is an accredited School of Ministry with the Accrediting Association of Bible Schools and Theological Institutions, Inc. The Institute begin holding classes in late April of 2017 and offers three courses; Biblical/Pastoral Studies; Kingdom Leadership Training; and, Prophetic Ministry. Each course is taught during a 12-week semester. Each class is assigned 3 credits, which means a student who enrolls in and passes all three classes would earn a total of 27 semester credits that are transferable should the student wish to pursue an Associate Degree (60 credit hours) or higher. On September 8, 2018, The Identity Institute School of Ministry held its first commencement exercise, graduating eight students. The Identity Institute is committed to raising the consciousness and mental awareness of individuals by unlocking their true destinies and developing thier anointing, gifts, and skills to know and be confident in their true identity in Christ. Our mission is to empower individuals to significantly increase their capacity to acheive God-ordained purposes in ministry, marketplace and municipality, through understanding and living principle-centered truths based on revelation knowledge of God's Word.
The Identity Institute's employees are highly-trained, experienced and dedicated to the success of our business and our students.
